REPAIR, WARRANTY AND INSPECTION

 At TAJ Fabrications we pride ourselves on quality work and it is our commitment to stand behind the integrity of each piece we make. If there is a quality issue or defect in your piece upon receipt, please contact us immediately, we will work with you repair our work.

We offer a full repair, re-size, and re-finishing service for all our products, after 6 months this is done for a fee.  We STRONGLY recommend that you have all gemstone jewelry inspected for security and integrity every 6 months if worn frequently. 

If your jewelry needs repair in the first 6 months after purchase, we will repair it at no charge to you (shipping charges are not included, customer pays for shipping both ways). As for ring re-sizing, we offer ONE re-size for free within the first 6 months of purchase. After 6 months have passed, we will repair all of our jewelry for a fee, which is often less than a typical jewelry repair shop. Contact us in the event your piece needs a repair or sizing and we will advise you on your best option.

Having your piece of jewelry worked on by another jeweler voids our warranty and we are not responsible for any repairs after.


When shipping an item back for repair or re-sizing be sure to insure any items over $75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

We
 will give you the option to add insurance when shipping your item back to you. We are not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of USPS.
